These Terms govern your access to and use of the Eigenverft website and any related online products and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Hildesheim, Germany. Otherwise, statutory jurisdiction rules apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, or technical setup. The updated version will apply from the time it is published. Where required, we will provide notice in an appropriate manner.
